While Fr. John has the names and contact information for most of our parishioners, much of this information is out of date. This is especially the case with parishioner namedays, birthdays, and wedding anniversaries. We do not have this information for most parishioners.
Michael Galis and Fr. John have been working to develop a new, far-improved, census/contact management program. It is finally ready to be debuted. But in order to make it useful, accurate, and full with updated data, it needs to be populated. To help us fill out this data, please fill out the parish census card below. Paper forms will be given only to those who do not use internet/email.
