Join us in supporting Genesis of Pittsburgh, our local pregnancy resource center, which helps mothers in crisis pregnancies to choose life for their unborn children.

Did you know that pregnancy resource centers across the country provide free medical services and material resources to help women in crisis pregnancies? Our parish is joining with Orthodox parishes across the country this month to hold a “baby shower” on Sunday, March 24, to support mothers who choose life for their unborn children! Join us in collecting diapers to be donated to Genesis of Pittsburgh’s Washington Center, our local pregnancy resource center.

Babies use an average of 2,500 – 3,000 diapers in the first year of life. That’s a lot of diapers! Bring a package or box of diapers in size 4, 5, and 6 to donate on March 24th and 31st. Similac Alimentum (purple can) and Similac Advanced (blue can) are also desperately needed.

Donations can be dropped off in the parish hall. For any questions, contact Meredith Bonasso at meredithw333@gmail.com.
